JS Gas & Property Services offer local call outs for initial investigations/quotations free of charge, where we will assess all of your gas and heating related needs. We will then advise and provide a no obligation quote of the recommended work and materials required. All work will be discussed in detail and agreed upon in advance with the customer.
Quotes are based on either our competitively priced hourly rates or by our standard service prices, depending on what is required.
As a guide, services such as annual boiler services, Gas Safety Certificates (CP12), thermostat installations, magnetic filter installations and central heating power flushes have set prices. For work such as boiler repairs, boiler replacements, boiler conversions, boiler relocations and pipe work, an onsite assessment is normally required to give a more accurate quote.
